Pop-up restaurant argentino al Museo del tram! Durante alla "Lunga notte dei musei di Zurigo", El Museo vi invita al Tram Museum Burgwies, dal 5 al 28 settembre 2019. Vi aspetta un bel barbecue in stile argentino: l'asado. Ingredienti buoni e semplici, carne di ottima e tanta pazienza sono la ricetta per un delizioso asado. Per i vegetariani empanadas fatti in casa. Non mancheranno gli esclusivi Dulce de Leche della Gelateria di Berna. After-Dinner Party con DJ e band, cocktail affumicati di Nico Lenz. E per finire sigari per tutti in giardino!
