Vogliamo mostrare alla gente di Copenaghen le cose eccitanti che sta facendo questo spettacolare ristorante islandese! Lo chef, Gísli Matthías Auðunsson, ha creato un menu straordinario appositamente per questo evento e può essere gustato per due deliziosi giorni al BRUS. Il pranzo al BRUS riprenderà normalmente fino alle 17:00, a quel punto inizia la festa con Skål con questo menu: - Ali di merluzzo, salsa piccante al pino e latticello affumicato - Cuore di agnello alla griglia, barbabietole, salseficine e rafano - Carote affumicate su pane tostato con aglio dolce e fermentato - Ippoglosso, cavolo rapa, levistico e timo artico - Guance di maiale brasate, marmellata di mele, crackers di finocchio e aneto - Salmerino alpino al forno, salsa di siero di latte, uova di trota, patate e semi di angelica -Mele al forno, mandorle, skyr e timo al limone Abbiamo bisogno di aggiungere altro? Nessun biglietto necessario, basta passare e prendere un tavolo. Sarà fantastico!
