Welcome to "Hip Asian Comfort Food with Chef Dennis Chan" Virtual Cooking Class.

Chef Dennis is the Owner of Blue Bamboo restaurant, which opened in 2005. Voted as one of the top restaurants in the southeastern United States, it blends Asian comfort food with southern comfort food to create a unique and ever-changing dining experience.

This menu is a special treat as you'll be learning some of Blue Bamboo's own recipe's to make at home!

On the Menu:

Mandarin Orange Sponge Cake

Thai Iced Coffee

Red Curry Shrimp & Grits

Southern Katsu Grit Cakes

Each virtual class includes recipes that will blow you away, teaching you new skills, and before you know it, you’ll have made your family an amazing meal while having a great time.

Once you've purchased a ticket, you'll be directed to a page with more information you'll need including recipe cards, a list of ingredients you may need to purchase (and a local grocer that can deliver) and how to join the class!
