Art 1 - ADMISSIBILITY
Exhibitors who send their applications may only be accepted after an e-mail confirmation by the Pop Uppens staff, once the payment has been made.
Applications must be filled and sent using the appropriate form up to 15 days before the selected event.
Pop Uppens and Locus Festival reserve the right of selection, based on the relevance and diversity of the creative offer.
Art 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
The admitted exhibitors will be provided with:
a table of the required size;
electricity;
Locus Creative Market Layout;
nice music and very good neighborhood!
Exhibition Time: from 6pm to 2 am
Set-up Time: from 4pm to 6pm
Exhibitors are not allowed to set-up later than 5.30 pm.
Pop Uppens and Locus ask you to keep the area clean and to preserve the nature.
Art 3 - RESTRICTIONS
FOOD & DRINK - NO ON SITE PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY
Production, assembly and sale of drinks or food within the Creative Market are not permitted.
For product tastings, packaged or pre-packaged / bottled (oil, taralli, biscuits, chocolate, beer, wine etc), send an email to info@popuppens.com before making your reservation, specifying in the subject “LOCUS TASTING”, and a short introduction to your business.
We will reply to you ASAP.
Art 4 - CANCELLATION POLICY
Exhibitors can cancel their reservation for free, no later than 14 days before the selected event. Pop Uppens will provide full compensation for booking costs, minus expenses incurred.
In case of cancellation after the 14 days, Pop Uppens will compensate 50% of the paid amount, minus expenses incurred.
In case that adverse meteorological conditions determine an inadequate scenario for the proper conduct of the event, Pop Uppens will provide full compensation for booking costs, minus expenses incurred.
To cancel your reservation send an email to: info@popuppens.com specifying in the subject CANCELLATION and DENOMINATION ACTIVITIES or BRAND.
