Pop Uppens! Pop it up. Make it happen!
We made a huge brainstorming for our project’s naming. We played with words and find more than ten interesting names, but finally magic happened and the light turned on the perfect one! The concept was so simple that we found it great!
Our key word was pop-up and we kept it on mind while playing with idiomatic sentences such as “life happens!”, “shit happens!”.
Our project is about projects popping up, appearing and disappearing for a short time in different places in the world. Ideas happening thanks to our web platform, connecting people who have and people who search short-term rental spaces.
Pop Uppens! Pop-up happens.
Our logo came out cutting the letter U from our brand and using it to design something that represented the two main elements of our service: people (especially their heads full of ideas!) and spaces.
This is what our U stands for.
- It’s a place. A business space with the classic commercial curtain rising up on a temporary activity. A place where something new and unique happens. A shared place, containing other pop-up ideas (thanks to shop sharing).
It’s a face. The face of creative people of our community, because our focus is on people behind ideas and projects.
